Yesterday, several reports of fighting and rock throwing
disrupt Dili city, namely in Colmera, Caicoli, Comoro and Fatuhada. Two people
have been arrested for the possession of offensive weapons.
A house was burnt and a person was assaulted yesterday in Samalete
Village - Ermera District. The suspects have been identified and investigations
are ongoing.
Today a fight in Bairo Pite, involving approximately 50
persons, determined police intervention. One person was arrested for the
possession of one machete.
